At BILLY Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure easy tracking and delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box to protect the items during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
